If you received the wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 3 after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair. Once an order is placed and processed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making your purchase.
Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost. Also, a 3% Cancellation fee will be applied to all paypal orders.
Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed or bleach hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom wigs, lace wigs or perimeter lace bands (360 lace frontals).
Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages.
Texture Disclaimer:Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. However, all wavy and curly products are processed for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.
Color Disclaimer:Since our products are not processed or colored, our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of natural black-brown colors. We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring our hair.
Lace Closures & Frontals:We do not recommend bleaching the knots. Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/shedding. We are not responsible for lace balding due to bleaching.
Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website and PayPal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON THE INVOICE. Any orders over $200 will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.
To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, so they cannot be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.

We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, acts of terrorism/war, government mandates or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
USPS Signature Confirmation is required on orders over $200.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it and send the tracking number. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.
We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.
