Naniella Elite Company LLC reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies or sales at any given time. Please check our policies often for any changes.

Unconfirmed Addresses

Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website and PayPal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON THE INVOICE. Any orders over $200 will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.

To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, so they cannot be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, acts of terrorism/war, government mandates or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

USPS Signature Confirmation is required on orders over $200.

Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it and send the tracking number. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.

TERMS

We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.

We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday. 

We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Once you receive your tracking confirmation, please contact UPS directly in regards to your shipment's status.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free WORLDWIDE on most items. On some items, we have Free Shipping over $75

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimating.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR TAX FOR ALL NEW JERSEY ORDERS?

We're located in New Jersey. Because we have a presence in New Jersey, we're required by law to tax all orders shipped to New Jersey.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
